This is the start of a new adventure!

This is the start of a new adventure!  Beginning today, I am on a journey...I have been looking for a way to share with my friends, some of the projects I have been working on in my garage. As well as some of the "UNexpected" ways God is working in my life.  I invite you to come along and see where this all leads.

Here is the title for my corner at Happy's...it explains what I do.  When you look at the frame there is a string on the side of the frame that I forgot to cut off prior to taking my pictue.  It is driving me crazy!  Oh well!

Let me show you some pictures of things I have made recently and placed in the shop...

I covered the chair and foot stool.  In the chair is a jewelry frame that I just made (it used to be a mirror that was painted an ugly green).  I plan to show you some before and afters when I really get the blog up and going.  You should know if you don't already that I am technology "deficient".  Most of the time my kids and husband just laugh at my lack of capabilities.  Oops!  I got sidetracked from showing my pictures.

These are crystals that I am selling as Tree Ornaments.

I have several jewelry frames to choose from...different sizes and colors...they really look pretty when they are filled with jewelry...perfect for a walkin closet.

These are Christmas Decorations...

I am working on Family Rules...I am not satisfied with what I have here...I want to put some in frames.  Here are 2 that I have been working on.

I am working on Momism...look at the explanation below...things your Mom always said.  By the way, that is my Mom holding me.

I thought it would be great to have a vingette with a picture of your Mom and your favorite things she used to say to you when you were growing up like...

This is just a sampling of things I have been working on.

I have been in the shop since September 2009 and it has been a wonderful learning experience...so different than my career in education.  UNexpected Treasures - God really is at work around us and seems to show up in the most unexpected ways.  I will be using the following scripture on my business cards (I can't believe I have business cards):    Wherever your treasure is, there your heart and thoughts will also be”.  Luke12: 34

A very big THANK YOU to Jana and Bridgette from Intandem because they made this blog a reality.  I can not thank them enough!

If you want to follow my blog...look at the top and sign-up.

Blessings!
